When does it apply?
The roadside assistance applies when the service qualifies. Under MECA’s terms, the service must follow the manufacturer’s service interval for the car, or be a MECA-approved annual service. The receipt must state that roadside assistance is included.
An inspection package from us – Standard, Complete or high mileage – is not automatically a qualifying service. The workshop confirms whether your service qualifies, and records the roadside assistance on the receipt when it does.

Roadside assistance is one of several things that come with a service at our workshop. You get a free exterior hand wash and basic interior cleaning, we keep you informed of progress, and we never do extra work until you have approved the price.

Prevent breakdowns
An EV has fewer moving parts, but the 12-volt battery, software, brakes and tyres can still leave you stranded. During a service we check the low-voltage battery, the brakes and the underbody, among other things, so faults can be found before they stop the car.
