Audi e-tron service to Audi’s schedule

When your car is due for its manufacturer service, we follow Audi’s service programme for your specific car, document the work and use parts of original or equivalent quality. Your warranty rights are then protected in line with current rules and the car’s warranty terms. We have our own access to the digital service book for Audi, so the service is recorded directly. Our Standard and Complete inspection packages are a separate offer and do not replace the manufacturer service.

You get a written summary of our findings and recommendations, and we always contact you before doing any extra work.

Heavy car. High torque. Its own demands.

The Audi e-tron is a heavy car with high torque. That puts extra demands on brakes, suspension, wheel alignment and tyres, so we check these points on every service.

Because regenerative braking means the mechanical brakes see little use, we recommend cleaning and lubrication every year or every 20,000 km. Wheel alignment is done in-house with Hunter equipment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I have my Audi e-tron serviced outside the dealer network?

Yes. When your car is due for its manufacturer service, we follow Audi’s service programme for your specific car, document the work and use parts of original or equivalent quality. Your warranty rights are protected in line with current rules and the car’s warranty terms. Our inspection packages are a separate offer and do not replace the manufacturer service.

How much is a periodic inspection for an Audi e-tron in Oslo?

A periodic inspection (EU-kontroll) costs kr 990,- and normally takes 45–60 minutes. We have our own inspection lane at Konows gate 67B, so there is no need to drive to a separate test centre.

Do you fix charging problems on the Audi e-tron?

Yes. We diagnose the charging system, on-board charger, high-voltage battery and related control units with professional equipment. On particularly demanding cases we work with EV Hub.

How often should the brakes on an e-tron be serviced?

We recommend cleaning and lubrication every year or every 20,000 km. The mechanical brakes see little use because of regenerative braking, which makes them more prone to corrosion. Brake service costs from kr 1 490,-.

Does the car need service?
